Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us here send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can only change the address up before your order leaves our facility!

 

Cancellations/Returns

We only accept cancellations before your order leaves our facility.

We only accept returns when the items are defective. For returns, we charge free for re-stock, but You will be responsible for all shipping charges.

 

Seconds Sales

Seconds sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund. 

 

Damaged Items

If you believe you have a defective item, please contact Customer Support (support@nattorkskates.com) within seven days of receipt for a replacement and a shipping label.

 

If your product has quality problems, wrong patterns, missing product, etc., we will be able to send it for you. Please send us an email to support@nattorkskates.com and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

 

Note: we only provide free rechange 90 days after you received products for no reason.

After 90 days, we need a Shipping fee and only refund less than 80% of the original price with quality issues.

 

Product Image Disclaimer

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by Nattork Skates prior to being returned.
Returns should be organized via email by support@nattorkskates.com, we do not accept social media requests.

Please read the below information.

Our policy lasts 90 days. 

If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But we can still offer you other services, for example, free spare parts.  
To be eligible for a return, your skates must be returned with  a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- helmets and braces.

- products below 25 USD.


Refunds (if applicable)

We do not provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or choose incorrectly. So please choose carefully before committing to a purchase, especially if it is a gift.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Items can only be exchanged for a different size or type if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Pads, helmets, and skates can be exchanged for a different size if they don't fit.
To ensure the right fit the first time please consult the sizing chart and make sure you measure.
Please don't use the skates as marked or damaged skates and wheels cannot be exchanged.
Please carefully unpack items and keep all packaging until you are sure they are a good fit. Postage charges for items exchanged will be charged to the customer.

Any exchanges should be completed within 90 days of receiving your order.

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nattorkskates.com. and send your item to the address we offered in the email.



Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Nattork Skates.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
